Our Children's Earth Foundation engages with big issues impacting public health and environmental health, and we regularly participate in impact litigation. We don't do this work for financial gain. We pursue citizen suits in order to protect the most vulnerable among us, especially children, seniors, and threatened wildlife.
We need members throughout the U.S. to help us work toward healthy air quality, clean water, and habitat protection for threatened and endangered wildlife.
Throughout our 20-year history, we have focused on enforcing environmental laws, engaging with natural resource agencies at all levels, and building public awareness about environmental problems and about how people can take action to protect themselves and their communities.
As a non-profit non-partisan organization, we are tax exempt under section 501(c)3 of the IRS code (tax ID# 94-3314819).
Through education, advocacy, and citizen suit litigation, OCE can and will continue to make a difference.
